An extremely rare opportunity has arisen for a skilled, enthusiastic, confident and personable individual, who enjoys interacting with the general public, to join our small, valued and highly experienced team at the Enterprise Shopping Centre in Eastbourne.
This diverse role covers many aspects of Maintenance, including Carpentry, Security and Health & Safety. Some experience essential, although full training is given.
The successful applicant would carry out repairs, as well as preventative and planned maintenance programmes. The role includes undertaking routine inspections, general upkeep and maintenance of the premises, fixtures, fittings and grounds.
35 hours per week to include weekends. The successful applicant must hold a current valid driving licence. Computer skills, Maths and English to a good standard essential.
We offer excellent remuneration to include pension, parking on site, full training, 4 weeks paid leave.
